I enjoyed “playing” with the Under My Umbrella and Pretty Parasol stamp sets. I liked the layout of this card so much that I made it in two colors. I will write the instructions for the Bermuda Bay card. I began with Bermuda Bay card stock cut to 5-1/2 X 8-1/2 and scored at 4-1/4. I cut a 4 X 5-1/4 piece of Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper. I cut a liner for the inside of the card out of Whisper White card stock. I also used Whisper White for the mat, the boots and the sentiment strip. I used scraps of Coastal Cabana card stock for the sentiment mat and the umbrella.

I stamped the umbrella on the scrap of Coastal Cabana card stock using Bermuda Bay ink. I punched the umbrella out using the Umbrella Builder punch. I stamped the boots on a scrap of Whisper White using Bermuda Bay ink and “fussy” cut them out. I colored them with the Light Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blends marker. I cut out the white mat using Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

The umbrella handle and flowers were stamped with Bermuda Bay ink. I colored the flowers using Light Pool Party and Light Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blends. I used the Light Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends to color the leaves. I then adhered the umbrella using Mini Dimensionals under the center of the umbrella and Fine Tip Glue under each end. I stamped the sentiment on a 1/2 inch strip of Whisper White card stock and punched it using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. I also punched a 3/4 inch strip of Coastal Cabana card stock for the mat using the same punch.
For the final assembly I used Dimensionals to adhere the Whisper White mat assembly to the Oh So Ombre paper. I adhered the entire assembly to the Bermuda Bay card base. I added Frosted and Clear Epoxy Droplets to the front of the card. I stamped raindrops on the liner and envelope using Bermuda Bay ink.
