The Fine Art Floral Suite is just gorgeous!

I stamped the stem from the Art Gallery Stamp Set using Night of Navy Ink and cut it out using the Floral Gallery Dies. I stamped 3 flowers using Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay and Night of Navy Inks. I then die cut them out using the Floral Gallery Dies.

For the card front I used the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the 3-3/4 X 5 piece of Basic White Card Stock. I then used a Blending Brush to apply a little Coastal Cabana Ink to the raised areas of the card front. I used the same brush and Frost White Shimmer Paint on the card front. I then put a small amount on a large block, dipped the brush in the paint and brushed it on a scrap piece of paper, before applying it to the card front.

Next I adhered the card front to the piece of Coastal Cabana Card Stock. I then tied a piece of Pool Party Sheer Ribbon into a bow around the card.

For the final assembly, I adhered the stem and the flowers to the card front. I used Dimensionals to adhere one of the flowers. I added some Elegant Faceted Gems for sparkle. Finally, I adhered the entire assembly to the Bermuda Bay card base. Don’t forget to stamp your envelope and adhere the liner to the inside of the card.

Tips and Tricks: There is a learning curve to applying the shimmer paint. Be patient. It might take more paint then you realize to cover the whole card front. Wash out the blending brush with warm soapy water!

The Playful Pets Suite is a fantastic collection for any pet lover! Unfortunately I had to make a sympathy card for a friend who lost her dog.

I stamped the dog with Memento Black Ink. I colored him with Light and Dark Stampin’ Blends Markers (or any color you desire). I die cut him out using the Pets Dies. I punched a heart out of the red mat using one of the punches from the Heart Punch Pack. Punch it on one end away from the edge as far as possible. I die cut the dog feet out of the heart using the Pets Dies. Lastly, I embossed the sentiment on the black piece using White Embossing Powder.

I die cut more feet out of the white liner.

For the inside of the card I adhered the Basic White liner to the Real Red Mat making sure that the heart was on the other end of the mat.

To assemble the card front, I adhered the dark Designer Series Paper to the mat. I added the Basic White mat on top. I tied a bow around the card front using the red ribbon from the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack. I adhered the dog to the Basic White mat. I then adhered the sentiment and the heart to the card front using Dimensionals. Decorate the envelope as desired.

I love the Hydrangea Hill Suite! This is a complex card so I broke down the instructions into small steps. This card is actually assembled “backwards” from my usual directions. I built the card first and then added the decorations to the front.

Cut the pieces shown above. Stamp the sentiment on the liner if desired.

Stamp and die cut the hydrangea from Basic White Card Stock using Smokey Slate Ink for the outline and Highland Heather and Old Olive Inks for the solid parts. Stamp the sentiment using Gorgeous Grape Ink. Punch it out using the Lovely Labels Pick A Punch. Die cut the row of individual flowers (after I took the picture I decided I needed more flowers so cut 2 strips of flowers). I tied a bow using the Highland Heather Sheer Ribbon.

Adhere the Basic White liner to the inside of the card. Use washi tape to adhere the acetate to the liner 1-1/4 from the top of the liner and even with the sides of the liner.

Put adhesive on the flap and close it onto the acetate. put adhesive on the edge of the 1-3/4 X 4 piece of Highland Heather card stock. Line up this piece with the bottom edge of the back of the card and adhere. Carefully remove the washi tape.

Adhere 2 pieces of Hydrangea Hill Designer Series paper to the front of the card as shown.

Adhere the other 2 pieces of Designer Series paper to the inside of the card. These pieces will cover up the ends of the acetate.

I used Wink of Stella on the small flowers to give them some shine. I adhered them to the hydrangea using Fine Tip Glue.

For the final assembly, I adhered the hydrangea to the card front using adhesive on the top and bottom but not on the acetate. It will show through on the back if you do. I then adhered the sentiment using Dimensionals. I adhered the ribbon using Glue Dots. Lastly, I added Pastel Pearls to the front of the card.

The Sweet Ice Cream suite is so much fun to create with! I made this simple card using a cute pocket idea.

Cut and score the 6 X 8-1/2 piece of Blackberry Bliss Card Stock per the diagram above. For the 3/4 inch punched finger grip area I punched one side and then folder the card. I then used a pencil to mark its location on the other side of the card. I lined up the punch with that pencil outline and punched it.

I stamped and punched the ice cream scoop and cone. I used Blackberry Bliss Ink for the Ice cream and Cinnamon Cider and Early Espresso for the cone. I used the Layering Ovals Dies to cut the Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper. I used the 3-1/4 X 2-1/4 scalloped oval.

I used the 2-3/8 X 3-3/8 Layering Ovals Die to cut the oval in the Blackberry Bliss Card as per picture above.

To assemble the card pocket I use Tear and Tape on the card flaps to seal them closed.

I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of Basic White card stock using Blackberry Bliss Ink. I then “balloon” cut it out.

For the final assembly, I put the Basic White card in the card pocket. I adhered the Oval of Designer Series Paper in the center of the oval hole cut in the Blackberry Bliss Card pocket. I adhere the ice cream scoop and cone to the oval. Lastly I adhered the sentiment across the bottom of the oval hole. Be careful to not adhere it to the inside card. Don’t forget to decorate the envelope.

I made this simple, elegant “man” card using the Beautiful World Stamp Set and World Map Dies.

I cut out the pieces per the list above. I die cut the globe from the World Map Dies out of the Brass Foil piece.

I adhered the globe to the center of the Early Espresso piece using Fine Tip Glue. I stamped the sentiment and the feather on the right hand side of the card base using Early Espresso Ink.

I adhered the piece of World of Good Designer Series Paper to the left hand side of the card. I tied a piece of Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim around the entire card front and knotted it on the front of the card. If the knot twists, put a glue dot or two under the trim to keep it straight.

For the final assembly, I adhered the globe assembly to the card front using dimensionals. I added 3 Elegant Faceted Gems to the top of the card front. Decorate the inside of the card and the envelope as you see fit.

I made this classic “man” card using the Beautiful World Stamp Set and World Map Dies.

I cut out the pieces per the list above. I cut the center out of the brass foil leaving a 1/2 inch border. I took the center piece and cut a 5/8 inch strip off of one side. I use washi tape to hold my dies in place. I die cut using The World Map Dies the pieces shown and a squiggle (not shown) out of the brass pieces.

I stamped the Basic White card stock with the feather stamp, the “Happy Birthday” from the the Here’s a Card Stamp Set and the splatter from the Painted Poppies Stamp Set using Old Olive Ink. (This picture shows the splatter stamped directly on the paper. I decided that it was a bit dark so I made another with stamping off the splatter on a scrap piece of paper then stamping on my card.)

For this assembly, I cut 2 circles out of Vellum to put behind the globes. I adhered the globes to the vellum using Fine Tip Glue. I adhered the globe assembly to the sentiment piece using Glue Dots only under the globe’s solid area.

For the card front, I adhered the the World of Good Designer Series Paper to the Brass Foil mat. I cut the foil strip to even out the ends. I adhered the Brass Foil to the card front about 5/8 of an inch from the bottom using Fine Tip Glue.

For the final assembly, I adhered the sentiment assembly to the card front using dimensionals. I then adhered the the card front to the card base. Decorated the inside of the card and the envelope as desired.
