The Garden Birdhouses stamp set is a lovely set. I chose to make this card a slimline card to show off most of the stamps in the set.
- Paper Cuts–
- Gorgeous Grape Card Stock: 8-1/2 X 7 scored at 3-1/2
- Basic White Card Stock: 2-7/8 X 7-7/8, 3-1/8 X 8-1/8 and scraps
- Flirty Flamingo Card Stock: 3-1/8 X 8-1/8
I cut the pieces per the list above.

I stamped two tree branches and the flowers on the bottom using Old Olive Ink. I stamped the birdhouses on the card using Memento Black Ink. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment in Old Olive Ink.

I stamped the same two birdhouses on scraps of Basic White Card Stock using Memento Black Ink.

I colored the birdhouses using Highland Heather, Flirty Flamingo, and Crumb Cake Stampin Blends Markers. I “fussy” cut them out.

For the final assembly, I colored the pole for the birdhouse using Crumb Cake Stampin Blends Markers. I also colored the flowers with Flirty Flamingo and Highland Heather Stampin Blends Markers. I adhered the birdhouses using Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to the Flirty Flamingo card mat. I tied a Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon bow around the card front. I adhered the card front to the Gorgeous Grape card. Lastly, I adhered the liner to the inside of the card.
Tips and Tricks: This card fits in a #10 envelope but it is a little bit big. I have instructions for making an envelope that is the correct size here.
