The Hydrangea Hill Suite is so beautiful! I used the fabulous designer series paper to make this card.
- Paper Cuts–
- Highland Heather Card Stock: 5-1/2 X 8-1/2 scored at 4-1/4
- Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper: 5 X 3-3/4 and 2-7/8 X 4-1/8
- Basic White Card Stock: 4 X 5-1/4 and a scrap for the tag
- Gorgeous Grape Card Stock: 3-7/8 X 5-1/8 and 4-1/4 X 3
- Old Olive Card Stock: scrap for leaves
I cut the pieces per the list above.

Out of the larger piece of designer series paper, I cut the hydrangea flower from the center using the Hydrangea Dies.

From the center of the large piece of Gorgeous Grape card stock I cut the solid hydrangea flower. Only the top is needed so it can be partially cut and snipped with scissors. I rounded the cut end to blend in with the shape (not shown)

I cut the detailed leaves and the solid leaves out of Old Olive Card Stock. The rest of the shape is not needed so you do not have to cut it out. I glued them together using Fine Tip Glue.

I used 3 Mini-Dimensionals to adhered the hydrangea flower to the Gorgeous Grape flower.

I tied a piece of white baker’s twine around the stem with a bow. I left the tails very long!

I adhered the smaller piece of Designer Series Paper to the smaller piece of Gorgeous Grape Card Stock. I then adhered the stem and flower assemblies to the paper. I stamped the tag using Gorgeous Grape Ink and cut it out using the Hydrangea Dies. I tied the tag to one end of the baker’s twine and adhered it to the card using a Dimensional. I tied a single knot in both ends of the twine to keep it from unraveling.
For the final assembly, I adhered the larger piece of Designer Series Paper to the Gorgeous Grape Card stock. I adhered the card front to these mats. I then adhered the whole assembly to the Highland Heather card body. I adhered the Basic White liner to the inside of the card and stamped the envelope.
