I love the December 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit. I wanted to used the bear stamp for a card with a different feel than the cards in the kit. For this card I used a piece of Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper (free with a $50 purchase during Sale-a-bration!) cut to 4 X 5-1/4. I used an Old Olive card stock card base cut to 5-1/2 X 8-1/2 and scored at 4-1/4. I also cut a strip of Old Olive measuring 4-3/8 X 1-1/2. I used Soft Sea Foam card stock cut to 1 X 5-1/4 and 2-5/8 X 3-7/8. Lastly, I used a piece of Basic White card stock cut to 2-1/2 X 3-3/4 and 4 X 5-1/4 for the liner.

I stamped the bear from the December 2020 Paper Pumpkin on the piece of Basic White card stock. I colored the bear with Light Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Marker. I adhered the stamped piece of Basic White card stock to the Soft Sea Foam mat.

For the final assembly, I adhered the strip of Soft Sea Foam card stock to the Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper. I then adhered the Old Olive card stock to the card front. I then adhered the bear assembly to the card front. Lastly, I adhered the card front assembly to the Old Olive card base. You can stamp the card liner and the envelope as desired.

Tips and Tricks: For a valentines card a bouquet of flowers or a heart could be added to the bear’s paw. For a birthday card a balloon could be added.
