The Joyful Holly stamp set is a lovely stamp set for holiday cards. I used Whisper White thick card stock cut at 4-1/4 X 11 and scored at 5-1/2. I cut a card front measuring 4 X 5-1/4 out of Whisper White card stock and embossed it using the Old World Paper 3D Embossing folder.

I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock to 5 X 1-3/4. I stamped the holly leaves on it using Garden Green ink. I then used Old Olive ink to stamp the solid part of the leaves. I stamped the holly berries with Real Red ink.

I matted the stamped holly image on a piece of Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper that measures 5 X 2-1/4. I stamped the sentiment on a strip of Whisper White card stock that is 3/4 of an inch wide. I cut a 1 inch strip of Real Red card stock. I punched them both with the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. Assemble the card by adhering the stamped holly strip to the card front. Adhere the sentiment as desired. I added a jewel to the end of the sentiment strip. Don’t forget to decorate the envelope as desired.

Tips and Tricks: Leave your sentiment strip and it’s mat long so it will easily fit in the guides of the punch. After they are punched adhere them together and cut off to the desired length.
